Our property provides convenient access to the charming historic downtown and the docks, where you can indulge in local dishes, featuring the freshest seafood. Moreover, a range of festivals occur throughout the year, appealing to visitors of all ages.
Relax in the communal barbecue area or enjoy a game of cornhole with friends. Children will delight in the playground, and we have not overlooked our furry guests; a fully enclosed dog park has been designed specifically for them.
The heated swimming pool offers a refreshing respite on hot summer days, especially after a visit to the beach.
Interested in crabbing? Rent a crab pot, ensure you have the appropriate license. and treat yourself to a delicious crab dinner at your campsite.
If you need to clean your catch, take advantage of our spacious, non-commercial fish cleaning station, we also provide ice to keep your fish fresh.
Before settling in for the night, consider stopping by the store for ice cream or snacks. Additionally, if you happen to forget any essentials for your camper, we offer a limited selection of RV, camping and fishing gear.
We offer monthly stay options for those considering relocation to the area or for individuals who wish to stay seasonally for the fishing or crabbing season. Relevant sites are available for your convenience.
The Captain’s Quarters is our most popular room and often booked in advance. This quiet, cozy and spacious suite is steps away from the pool and the closest of all the rooms to the fish cleaning station. It’s perfect for families, friends, groups and dog owners.

At 120sf, this “The Cuddy Room” is perfect for a 1-2 night stay and please note it is smaller than our ‘Standard One Queen Bed’ rooms. A guest may also here a little white noise as it is next to the mechanical room.

While we hope you will be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change.
Pets are welcome! You may walk your pet throughout the park and in designated pet areas. Animal waste must be picked up immediately. Bags are provided at pet areas. Pets must always be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Pets may not be left unattended at any time, left alone in the RV for extended periods of time, fenced, penned, chained or tethered on park property. Pet pens, cages, runs and kennels are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in any park facilities, special exceptions for service dogs with appropriate paperwork are permitted. Barking dogs may lead to removal of the property.
*Daily Stay Pet Fees for rooms are $50/pet per night.
*Extended Stay Pet Fees are $50.00 per pet, no more than two (2) pets allowed per site.
For daily accommodations, we accept all years of RV’s.
For extended stays, all years of RV’s will be accepted with approval from RV Inn Style Resorts. Pictures are required for RV’s 20 years or older. RVs must be in good working order and fully functioning. No leaking RV’s or tarps will be allowed. One street legal vehicle is permitted per site, additional vehicles are allowed for an extra fee. Any RV’s and/or vehicles that do not meet standards upon arrival will be asked to leave without refund. Repairing and maintaining vehicles is prohibited in the park. All vehicles must be parked within your site only, off the blacktop and not over the grass. If you are found hanging over or parked in the driving paths you will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Your site must be kept clean at all times; tents, extra refrigerators, freezers, boxes, coolers, clothes lines, garbage cans or other debris are not allowed at your site. Toys must be picked up and stored neatly out of site. Only appropriate RV patio furniture is allowed. Any alterations or additions such as porches, gazebos, decks, siding, and tarps are not permitted. Handicapped ramps/stairs are Management approved only. Plants are limited to no more than (6) potted plans OR (3) planter boxes.
