• A $15 cancellation fee applies to all canceled reservations.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund minus the $15 cancellation fee, the $5 reservation fee, and any credit card processing fees paid.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. All monies paid will be forfeited, including the $5 reservation fee, credit card processing fees, and the $15 cancellation fee.

  • Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours of booking, in which case a refund will be issued minus the $15 cancellation fee, the $5 reservation fee, and any credit card processing fees paid.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within two weeks of the cancellation date.

  • The following holidays and the weekends associated with them are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. This includes reservations spanning Thursday through Sunday of the holiday weekend, as well as the holiday itself.

  • No refunds for early departures.

  • No-show reservations are charged in full and are non-refundable.

• Leash Policy: Pets must always be on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
• Pet Areas: Pets may be walked throughout the park and in designated pet areas.
• Waste Disposal: Animal waste must be picked up immediately; bags are provided at pet areas.
• Restrictions: Pets may not be left unattended, left alone in the RV for extended periods, fenced, penned, chained, or tethered on park property. Pet pens, cages, runs, and kennels are not permitted.
• Facilities Access: Pets are not allowed in park facilities; service dogs with appropriate documentation are exceptions.
• Noise Policy: Barking dogs may lead to removal from the property.
• Daily Pet Fees: $50 per pet per night for motel/rooms.
• Extended Stay Pet Fees: $50 per pet; maximum two pets per site.

• Daily Accommodations: All RV years accepted.
• Extended Stays: All RV years accepted with approval; pictures required for RVs 20 years or older.
• Condition: RVs must be fully functioning and in good working order; no leaking RVs or tarps allowed.
• Vehicle Limit: One street-legal vehicle per site; additional vehicles allowed for a fee.
• Standards Enforcement: Any RVs or vehicles not meeting standards upon arrival will be asked to leave without refund.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Repairing or maintaining vehicles on-site is prohibited.
• Parking within Site: Vehicles must be parked within the site, off blacktop and grass; overhang or blocking paths may result in towing.

• Guest Responsibility: Sites must be kept clean at all times.
• Restrictions on Items: Tents, extra refrigerators, freezers, boxes, coolers, clotheslines, garbage cans, or debris are not allowed outside the RV area; toys must be picked up and stored neatly.
• Furniture & Structures: Only appropriate RV patio furniture is allowed; alterations or additions such as porches, decks, gazebos, siding, and tarps are not permitted. Handicapped ramps or stairs require management approval.
• Plants: Maximum of 6 potted plants or 3 planter boxes per site.
