River Mill RV Park

The park has 98 oversized sites with full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50‑amp).

On-site laundry, restrooms & showers, and a recreation room with a kitchen.

The park is close to Estacada Lake, the Clackamas River (for rafting), and Timber Park which offers disc golf courses.

• A $15 cancellation fee applies to all canceled reservations.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a refund minus the $15 cancellation fee, the $5 reservation fee, and any credit card processing fees paid.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. All monies paid will be forfeited, including the $5 reservation fee, credit card processing fees, and the $15 cancellation fee.

  • Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours of booking, in which case a refund will be issued minus the $15 cancellation fee, the $5 reservation fee, and any credit card processing fees paid.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within two weeks of the cancellation date.

  • The following holidays and the weekends associated with them are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. This includes reservations spanning Thursday through Sunday of the holiday weekend, as well as the holiday itself.

  • No refunds for early departures.

  • No-show reservations are charged in full and are non-refundable.

• Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet
• Pet Areas: Pets may be walked throughout the park and in designated pet areas
• Waste Disposal: Animal waste must be picked up immediately; bags are provided at pet areas
• Restrictions: Pets must not be left unattended, left alone in the RV for extended periods, fenced, penned, chained, or tethered on park property. Pet pens, cages, runs, and kennels are not permitted
• Facilities Access: Pets are not allowed in any park facilities, except for service dogs with appropriate documentation
• Noise Policy: Barking dogs may lead to removal from the property
• Extended Stay Pet Fees: $50 per pet; no more than two pets allowed per site

• Daily Accommodations: All years of RVs are accepted
• Extended Stays: All years of RVs are accepted with prior approval. Pictures are required for RVs 20 years or older
• Condition: RVs must be in good working order and fully functioning. No leaking RVs or tarps are allowed
• Vehicle Limit: One street-legal vehicle is permitted per site; additional vehicles are allowed for an extra fee
• Vehicle Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining vehicles is prohibited in the park

• Guest Responsibility: Guests must maintain a clean and tidy site
• Trash Disposal: Trash must be disposed of in designated containers
