Booking Agent
Remote
RV Inn Style Resorts is looking for friendly, detail oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Booking Agents. In this fully remote role, you’ll guide prospective guests through the process of securing a long term RV site at one of our many RV park locations across the Pacific Northwest.
From first contact to move in day, you’ll be the main point of communication, answering inquiries, qualifying applicants, and helping them complete the necessary steps to become full-time residents in our RV communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to long-term stay inquiries via phone, email, or web form
- Follow up with interested guests to determine availability and fit
- Send and track online applications and documentation
- Review applications for completeness and qualifications
- Collect required documents (e.g. proof of income, RV insurance, vehicle registration)
- Approve applicants, assign RV sites, and create reservation records
- Generate invoices and collect move-in payments
- Maintain accurate notes and guest status in our system
What We Offer:

- Full training provided – prior RV or leasing experience a plus

What We’re Looking For:

RV Park Guest Attendant
Lake Mayfield RV Resort & Marina – Mossyrock, Washington
Lake Mayfield RV Resort & Marina is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Guest Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful outdoor setting, connecting with guests, and helping create memorable experiences for travelers.
As a Guest Attendant, you’ll be the face of the resort—welcoming guests with a concierge-style approach while helping ensure smooth daily operations across the park.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warm, professional, concierge-style check-in and check-out service
- Manage RV, tent, and hotel reservations through phone, email, and online booking systems
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about the park, amenities, and local area
- Respond to guest questions, concerns, and incidents with professionalism, care, and urgency
- Help maintain park standards by enforcing guidelines and policies
- Build positive working relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Communicate clearly and consistently with corporate leadership and maintenance teams
- Process transactions and assist guests in the convenience store
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and daily operational reports
- Assist with housekeeping duties across resort facilities, including rooms, restrooms, and showers
- Ensure friendly, clear, and respectful communication with guests, teammates, vendors, and leadership at all times
What We’re Looking For
