Booking Agent

Remote

RV Inn Style Resorts is looking for friendly, detail oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Booking Agents. In this fully remote role, you’ll guide prospective guests through the process of securing a long term RV site at one of our many RV park locations across the Pacific Northwest.

From first contact to move in day, you’ll be the main point of communication, answering inquiries, qualifying applicants, and helping them complete the necessary steps to become full-time residents in our RV communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to long-term stay inquiries via phone, email, or web form
  • Follow up with interested guests to determine availability and fit
  • Send and track online applications and documentation
  • Review applications for completeness and qualifications
  • Collect required documents (e.g. proof of income, RV insurance, vehicle registration)
  • Approve applicants, assign RV sites, and create reservation records
  • Generate invoices and collect move-in payments
  • Maintain accurate notes and guest status in our system
What We Offer:
  • $25 commission per completed move in booking
  • 100% remote work – flexible hours and schedule
  • Full training provided – prior RV or leasing experience a plus
  • Supportive team environment and management guidance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with documents and basic online tools
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and applicants at once
  • Previous experience in customer service, leasing, property management, or reservations is a plus
